We contacted Brad Simpson explained the situation with fairly short notice and he and his team pulled out all stops. Anyone thinking of having an event catered for, this company is definitely highly recommended- we were at an event hosted by a friend of ours and Brad Simpsons events did the catering and bar, the food was BBQ style, well seasoned and plentiful - all the drinks at the bar were of the best quality.
