Our Story
Founded by Chef Brad Simpson in 2007, our journey began in professional kitchens, where a love for bold flavours and modern presentation shaped everything we do. Over time, what started as bespoke catering has grown into a full-scale events and hire company, trusted by individuals, venues, and institutions across Essex, London, and the South East.
We specialise in:

Known for his creativity and hands-on leadership, Brad takes pride in combining classical techniques with modern flair. His passion lies in creating food that’s not just eaten — but remembered.
Brad is also a proud member of the Disciples of Escoffier, a global culinary organisation honouring chefs dedicated to excellence.
