Founded by Chef Brad Simpson in 2007, our journey began in professional kitchens, where a love for bold flavours and modern presentation shaped everything we do. Over time, what started as bespoke catering has grown into a full-scale events and hire company, trusted by individuals, venues, and institutions across Essex, London, and the South East.

Meet Chef Brad
With over 32 years in the hospitality industry, Brad Simpson has cooked in award-winning kitchens and led teams at private events, weddings, and large-scale productions. Known for his creativity and hands-on leadership, Brad takes pride in combining classical techniques with modern flair. His passion lies in creating food that’s not just eaten — but remembered.
Brad is also a proud member of the Disciples of Escoffier, a global culinary organisation honouring chefs dedicated to excellence.
